About SecurePayOnline:
SecurePayOnline is the Authorised (and preferred) Payment Gateway for design and print websites through out New Zealand (including the one that you have just come from). SecurePayOnline is owned by Patch Production Ltd which administers online payments on behalf of other design or print companies.
Price
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless specifically stated otherwise.
Payments
SecurePayOnline accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards only that have been issued by a New Zealand trading bank. All credit card transactions are charged in New Zealand dollars.
Once an order has been placed and your payment has been processed, it can’t be changed or cancelled by you without the express consent of the company, whose site you have ordered through, and will be subject to their terms and conditions.
Your credit card will be charged at the time you authorise us to debit your credit card for the approved order.
If your credit card payment is declined you can authorise us to try and debit your credit card again, or, if you are the authorised holder of another eligible credit card, you may enter the new credit card details and ask us to debit your alternative credit card. We cannot re-try your credit card for you without your authorisation.
Delivery
Once payment has been verified, we will then advise those responsible for production and / or the despatching of your goods, that payment has been received. Returns, Reprints and Cancellations
You will need to contact the company of the original site from which you placed your order directly to return a product, or to see if you can cancel an order before it is put into production.
